You can watch in full screen mode by clicking the full screen icon button in the player to the right of the time left

If the video file does not start to play you will need to install the Silverlight plugin by clicking on it's install link above in the player window and select "Run" to install it, or you can download and save the video file to your computer by right clicking on the download button on the left hand side and select either
"save target as" or "save link as".
