Uniwell Hospitality Solutions
The Uniwell hospitality touch screen system has been specifically designed for the bar and restaurant trade to meet the high demands and harsh conditions of such enviroments.
Unlike other "PC Based" hospitality systems, the Uniwell hospitality system is "Firmware" based which means there is not internal moving parts as it uses "Solid State" memory. This eliminates the common problems experienced by most PC Based systems such as Microsoft Windows problems, virus's, computer hacking, server failures etc.
Reliable Hardware
The Uniwell hospitality system has been designed specifically for hospitality point of sale, the system uses "solid state" memory, passively cooled electronics and embedded software. With no moving parts the Uniwell hospitality system delivers time and time again, providing an extremely reliable solution capable of withstanding the most challenging conditions found in hospitality and catering industry.
Embedded Software
Uniwell have been developing point of sale software for over 20 years. The result is a system that truly reflects the requirements of UK hospitality and catering operators. The flexibility of the software enables the system to be configured for bars, night clubs, restaurants, cafe, catering, quick service and hotels. As the Uniwell system uses solid state memory there are issues that other "PC Based" systems suffer from such as Microsoft Windows crashes, virus infections and computer hackers.
Protecting Your Investment
With both the hardware and software from the same supplier incompatibility problems are a thing of the past! It also ensures that the software does not outgrow the hardware, protecting your investment in our technology.
Flexible Networking
The Uniwell hospitality system is designed to use standard CAT5e Ethernet networking, the TCP-IP protocol enables the system to run on existing local area networks and across wide area networks. The FTP protocol is used to communicate with the optional back office software and 3rd party applications, providing fast and flexible communications.
Choice of Printers
We have a range of receipt printers and kitchen printers either thermal or dot matrix that can be installed as part of the EPoS network. The Uniwell system can be configured to automatically redirect to a backup printer in the event of a printer problem.
Backoffice EPoS Software
The flexibility of the optional software enables the system to be configured to suit different market sectors and styles of operation. Staff at all levels of your business will see the benefits of a Uniwell touch screen hospitality system.
